Made after you order

Knotty Intentions pieces are made to order. Production typically takes around 2–5 business days before shipping, though some products and busy periods take longer.

Shipping time is additional and depends on your items and destination. Delivery dates are estimates, so please allow extra time for gifts or events.

Shipping and delivery

Available shipping options and charges appear at checkout. Orders containing different products may arrive in separate packages.

Please double-check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, email knottyintentionscc@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll check whether it can still be corrected.

International orders may incur customs duties or handling charges that aren’t included at checkout.

Something wrong with your order?

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, email knottyintentionscc@gmail.com promptly with:

  • Your order number.
  • A short description of the problem.
  • Clear photos showing the item and the issue.

We’ll review what happened and arrange the appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

If your package hasn’t arrived after its estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Size exchanges and change of mind

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color selected incorrectly, except where required by law. Please check the product’s measurements before ordering and contact us if you need help.

This does not apply when we send the wrong item or the product is faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Changes or cancellations

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll check whether your order can still be changed or stopped. Production may begin quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed. Any cancellation rights required by law remain available.
