Using this store

These terms apply to purchases from and use of knottyintentions.shop, operated by Knotty Intentions. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Knotty Intentions. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.

Orders and payment

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorized to use the payment method you provide. Please supply accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Prices, taxes, and shipping charges are shown during checkout; review the order total before submitting your purchase. Prices and promotions may change for future orders.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, a clear pricing or listing error, or an inability to supply the item. If we cannot fulfill an order for which payment has been collected, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including any associated charges that must be refunded.

Made-to-order products and delivery

Our pieces are made to order. Production typically takes around 2–5 business days before shipping, although some products and busy periods take longer. Shipping time is additional, and orders may arrive in separate packages. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping & Returns page explains production, delivery, address corrections, and cancellations. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

Product appearance and sizing

We aim to describe and show our products accurately. Screens, lighting, and printing processes can affect how colors appear. Check the size guide and fit notes for the specific product before ordering. These notes do not excuse a defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item.

Returns, problems, and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy applies to order problems, returns, exchanges, and cancellation requests. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a size or color chosen incorrectly, except where required by law. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, faulty, misprinted, incorrect, or not as described. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions.

Artwork and customer photographs

Brand names, logos, artwork, photographs, and other store content belong to Knotty Intentions or their respective owners. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of its design or grant permission to reproduce it commercially. You may share links to our products.

Photos and stories submitted to Knotty in the Wild are governed by the specific permission given with that submission. You retain ownership. These terms do not expand that permission, authorize paid advertising use, or remove the right to request removal from future KI use described in the submission process.

Responsible use

Do not use this store for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, or attempts to interfere with its security or operation. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you believe it has been misused.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may send messages needed to process and support your order. Agreeing to these terms does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing messages.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective goods, required refunds, or legally required cancellation rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and identify the revision date above. Updates will apply prospectively and will not retroactively change an existing order. We will give any notice required by law.
